Flooring - Whether it is refinishing an existing hardwood floor, or installing a
new ceramic, laminate or hardwood floor, we can do it. You will be amazed at the

Handyman Services - Do you have one of those projects that you just have not had
time to take care of yourself? We can take care of any of your household repairs
or maintenance and we can even recommend improvements to increase your home’s energy
performance, aesthetics or even longevity.
Appliance Repair and Installation - We offer appliance repair and installation for
most major appliances. Appliance repairs have a $75 diagnostic charge that will
be credited toward the service charges if service is performed. Appliance installation
without additional repairs or upgrades is a flat installation charge of $60. Installations
requiring modifications to the existing conditions will be subject to additional
